The design concept for Co-Work Crossing blends modern Irish architecture with expansive spaces bathed in natural light. Traditional and contemporary materials create a captivating interplay, fostering a sense of openness, inclusivity, and a forward-looking vision. This goes beyond aesthetics, fusing elements that nod to Ireland's rich architectural heritage while embracing modern innovation. The proposal harmonizes innovation with Ireland's heritage, integrating soaring glass facades and locally sourced stone walls within a 520-square-meter space that promotes collaboration and focused work.
Ground Floor: Includes a versatile club space and communal canteen for interaction, alongside meeting rooms equipped for diverse business needs. Large glazed walls blur indoor-outdoor boundaries, enhancing connectivity with the surroundings.
First Floor: Features private offices designed for focused work, with soundproofing, modern ergonomic furniture, and abundant natural light. A landscaped terrace provides panoramic views, creating a serene atmosphere.
